I had almost caught up with my NetGalley list of books to read and review when I found some more good ones. I took a short break from my NetGalley list to read The Night Swim by Megan Goldin. It was my Book of the Month selection for August. I got through it really fast! So I jumped right in to what was next on NetGalley, The Wife by Shalini Boland.

Since the pandemic started (and even a lot before then), I’ve mostly stayed at home. This is how my new reading obsession started. Well, how it recently started. Trust me, I’ve been a reader since I was a kid.

Since I’ve been spending more time on Instagram lately, I tend to check out the #bookstagram hashtag a lot. I follow other readers and “bookstagrammers”, and I see a lot more physical copies of books than ebooks, which is what I usually read.
